Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means if our product isn’t right for you for any reason, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery (even if you’ve used it) for a refund of the product purchase price.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the product to us. Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the product is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

To arrange a return, please contact us at hi@salt-theory.com.au before posting your product back. Please include your receipt or proof of purchase and let us know why you’re not loving it... your feedback helps us improve.

We’ll then send you a instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged for cash, except where required by law.

Products purchased during a sale or using a promotional or discount code are still covered by our 30-day risk-free guarantee. Any refund will be based on the amount actually paid for the returned product after the discount was applied.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
